The Union of Councils for Soviet Jews (UCSJ) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) grassroots organization that has been active in protecting the welfare and security of Jews, and monitoring human rights, in the former Soviet Union (FSU) since 1970. UCSJ, based in Washington D.C., has local councils and affiliated organizations throughout the United States and internationally that cooperate to provide on-the-ground antisemitism and human rights violation monitoring, as well as humanitarian, educational, and financial assistance to Jews rebuilding their communities in the FSU.

In order for us to continue this incredible amount of substantive work in the U.S. and in the FSU, we ask that you consider or continue supporting our worthy cause.

UCSJ also participates in the

Combined Federal Campaign.
