Israeli soldiers detain 16-year-old activist known worldwide

The Palestinians struggle against the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, territories that Israel seized in the 1967 and has held ever since, despite worldwide protest.

Israeli officials threatened to retaliate against a teenage girl and her family after a video spread across social media of her slapping an Israeli soldier.

The remand of 17-year-old Ahed Tamimi's mother, who was arrested on suspicion of assault and incitement, was also extended until Thursday.

The soldiers confiscated the family's phones, computers and laptops.

"They didn't give a reason for her arrest", he told AFP.

The family was left in shock following the raid.

The whereabouts of both Nariman and Ahed remained unknown.

I don't want to get into the personal nature of our conversation. "But we will certainly go forward". He will not entertain any inquiries before the last game has been played.

According to the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, an Israeli nongovernmental organisation (NGO), a parent has the right to accompany their child during an interrogation in the occupied Palestinian territory. Of course, the blocking action costed her the arrest.

An Israeli police spokesperson was not immediately available for comment. The soldiers can be seen taking efforts to keep their weapons far from the provocateurs.

"I'm so angry. But I am powerless to do anything". "They want Palestinians to suffer". A video of her confronting an Israeli soldier during a protest went viral over the weekend, and eventually led to her arrest on Tuesday.

"The Palestinian girl was involved in disorderly conduct on Friday in Nabi Salih, when around 200 Palestinians threw rocks towards IDF forces", the IDF Spokesperson's Unit said in a statement.

"However, the Palestinian women could have been arrested on the spot because physical violence was used by them and also because of the fact that they attempted to prevent the soldiers from carrying out their assignment".

The doctors removed the bullet, reconstructed his jaw and placed him into an artificial coma for 72 hours.

"Ahed was telling the soldiers to get away from our home", Bassem said. Neighbours joined the scene in an attempt to force the soldiers to leave.

Bossert said that North Korea "acted especially badly". "WannaCry was indiscriminately reckless", Bossert wrote. " Mr. Security experts, however, traced the exploitation of that weakness back to the U.S.

The Israeli army spokesperson said the soldiers had acted in a "professional and restrained manner". We are used to criticism from the worldwide community about the violence of the occupation, but we are not so accustomed to criticism over two soldiers who thought before raising their hands to strike. "We have no choice but to resist". And they continue to pay the price for their refusal to accept the status quo, for their steadfast challenge to mechanisms of the occupation.

Minister of Education Naftali Bennett has already determined Ahed's sentence: "She should spend her life in prison".

The Israeli army posted on its Twitter account a video showing Ahed being arrested.

The sixteen-year-old is a member of a famous activist family from the village of Nabi Saleh, which holds nearly weekly protests against Israeli occupation.

She started attending the protests there when she was just nine years old.

Al-Tamimi, a former prisoner, was detained when he was 13 years old, and was previously injured several times during weekly clashes in his village. "This is an important message", Liberman said.

The group condemned Israel's night raids on Palestinian communities, calling the policy "particularly gruesome" and a means of "subjugating and suppressing the [Palestinian] population".

Police hold 11-year-old girl at gunpoint and handcuff her
The girl's mother and the president of the local chapter of the NAACP met Tuesday with Rahinsky, reports say. They were detained by police while a complete home check was conducted, upon the owner's consent.

Manal says that Nabi Saleh has been raided on a near nightly basis for the past three months.
